The notary will return the documents (overnight mail) so we can quickly continue the claim process and submitting the documents to the holder of the money.

We pay for all court cost, any expenses, legal fees and other fees that we may incur to verify the owners right to the money or obtain the release of the asset.

How long does it take?

It can take between 30 to 90 days to complete the process unless you are unable to file correcly or make an error so please let us the professionals take care of you. We make it simple and quick.

After Money is Released.....

We are entitled to the agreed small percentage of the money we find the owner; however payment is never made out of pocket or up front. The payment is contingent upon the owners claims release date.
